1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using WellTechFinds software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. One-Time Purchase

WellTechFinds is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring local-compression usage fees. Your single payment grants you a perpetual license to use the purchased desktop app version as described in these Terms.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WellTechFinds subject to the activation limit shown at checkout and in your Freemius customer account. If your purchase permits one active installation, you may deactivate an existing installation and activate another through the Freemius customer portal.

4. System Requirements

WellTechFinds requires Windows 10 or later. The Software is a desktop application that runs locally on your computer. An internet connection is required for initial activation. The app may also connect online for licence validation, periodic and user-requested update checks, and opt-in crash reporting as described in the Privacy Policy.

4a. Supported Image Formats

Supported inputs are JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, BMP and TIFF. Supported outputs are JPEG, PNG and WebP. HEIC and HEIF are not supported inputs and must first be saved or exported as JPEG or PNG. Conversion guidance is available at welltechfinds.com/compatibility. Camera orientation is applied before resizing and metadata removal. The Print on Demand preset exports opaque images as 300-DPI JPEG and images with transparency as alpha-preserving 300-DPI PNG.

5. Payment Processing

Freemius acts as Merchant of Record for purchases. It handles checkout, payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, invoicing, and the technical processing of refunds. WellTechFinds receives and assesses refund requests under the policy below, then issues approved refunds through Freemius. WellTechFinds does not store your payment card details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@welltechfinds.com from the address used for the purchase. Refunds are issued through Freemius. This guarantee does not limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Software repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellTechFinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms, subject to any right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes do not limit statutory rights or remedies that have already accrued.

13. Third-Party Trademarks

Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate compatibility only. WellTechFinds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
